- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was incorrectly shipped.
- In cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Zenfineunie will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items (if applicable)
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged
- Products on sale or clearance (unless otherwise specified)
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@zenfineunie.com with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs related to defective or damaged products.
8. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the product.
