  • Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets the eligibility criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: Unless the product is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • ZENFINEUNIE-Paid Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day return period, we may not be able to process your return, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
