  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, custom-made products) are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@zenfineunie.com or call (865) 229-2272. Include your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Make sure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for the return of your original item and shipment of the new one. Shipping charges may apply.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again. If it still hasn’t posted, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in processing. 6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
